Manufacturing Engineering, B.S.

Bachelor of Science
2019

I have always had an innate desire to create and build, which led me to pursue engineering at Cal Poly. I chose manufacturing engineering because it offered the most hands-on experience of the engineering programs.

The curriculum branched from mechanical engineering fundamentals into industry-specific topics including Process Improvement Fundamentals, Quality Engineering, Analysis of Manufacturing Systems, Manufacturing Process and Tool Engineering, Engineering Economics, and Supply Chain and Logistics Management, building a foundation across both engineering and operations.
