Designed a PCB-based sensorless motor controller for a three-phase brushless DC motor, operating from a 24V high-current supply in ambient temperatures up to 125°C. The design encompasses component selection, board layout, and software development, alongside a fabrication and testing plan.
Fabrication and testing were prevented by COVID-19 facility restrictions, preventing complete design validation. The detailed design documentation and component decisions are included as reference for future development.
